Welcome to ¡Ya Leo!, an AI-powered Spanish reading app for children, operated by Grow Forward MC LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

¡Ya Leo! is designed for children ages 3 and up. Only parents or legal guardians may create accounts. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you consent to your child's use of the app. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the app and reviewing content accessed through it.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may create up to 3 child reader profiles per account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and child profiles.

¡Ya Leo! offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides access to a limited set of lessons and books. Premium unlocks the full curriculum, all books, AI tutoring features, daily warm-ups, and multiple reader profiles.

Premium is available as a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) subscription, managed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The renewal charge is the same as the original subscription price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may vary.

¡Ya Leo! uses artificial intelligence to create and enhance educational content. This includes:

• Book text, stories, and comprehension questions generated by Anthropic Claude
• Book illustrations generated by OpenAI and Google Gemini
• Text-to-speech narration powered by ElevenLabs
• Conversational tutoring and reading hints from Leo, our AI reading companion (Anthropic Claude)

All AI-generated content is designed and reviewed for age-appropriate educational use in Spanish. However, AI systems may occasionally produce imperfect, unexpected, or inaccurate content. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors at all times.

We actively monitor and refine AI outputs to maintain quality and safety. Parents are encouraged to engage with their children during reading sessions and review content. If you encounter inappropriate or incorrect content, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

All content in ¡Ya Leo! — including AI-generated books, illustrations, lessons, and the app itself — is owned by or licensed to Grow Forward MC LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from app content without our written permission.

You agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the app; use the app for any commercial purpose other than its intended educational use; share your account credentials with others outside your household; attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access premium features without a valid subscription.

¡Ya Leo! is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content, including text, images, and speech, is provided for educational purposes and may contain occasional errors or imperfections. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Forward MC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to damages related to AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
